The contents of arachin and conarachin vary with peanut varieties and play a key role on their qualities and applications.And nowadays, traditional method such as SDS-PAGE is complicated to conduct and needs long time, which is not suitable for commercial applications.Therefore, it is necessary to develop an accurate and automated method for the quick and non-destructive detection of arachin and conarachin content in peanut, meeting the commercial requirements.
