　　It has been shown that endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) is involved in the pulmonary fibrosis.Fluorofenidone (AKF) is a novel synthesized chemical compound displaying significant antifibrotic effect.To enhance the drug distribution in lung for anti-pulmonary fibrosis application,we previously constructed the fluorofenidone loaded PLGA microspheres (AKF-PLGA-MS) and have demonstrated the efficacy of AKF-PLGA-MS on acute lung injury induced by paraquat (PQ) in rats.
