  Polymer thin films and lipid monolayers/bilayers represent two important kinds of interfaces for various physicochemical studies and the fabrication of functional surfaces.Herein,Sum frequency generation(SFG)vibrational spectroscopy was used to study polymer thin films and lipid monolayers/bilayers,and a qualitative and quantitative analysis was performed to reveal the structure and dynamics of these two kinds of surfaces/interfaces.
