Variety of technologies and methods are developed for biomarker discovery in plasma samples.High resolution separation,high efficiency enrichment and high sensitive detection are always attracted much attention in such studies.In this presentation,a large scale depletion of high abundance proteins in plasma is demonstrated using array-based multi-dimensional chromatographic separation and fractionations.
