高达114.5m35层的郑州黄和平大厦,成功地实现了在土质天然地基上采用箱形基础。1987年9月结顶后,实测最大沉降量仅3cm,这一突破性进展为今后超高层建筑的基础选型,提供了某些新的经验。同时,该大厦为矩形组合平面,并随高度变化而逐步收进。在平面较为简洁的情况下,力求取得较为丰富的立面效果,因此这也给上部建筑的结构设计带来某些新的特点。
The 114.5m35-storey Zhengzhou Huanghe Peace Building has successfully achieved the use of a box-shaped foundation on the natural soil foundation. After the end of September 1987, the maximum settlement measured was only 3cm. This breakthrough has provided some new experience for the future selection of high-rise buildings. At the same time, the building is a rectangular combined plane, and it gradually enters with changes in height.
