Obective: To assess whether Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) administration is viable for improving the thickness of poor responsive endometrium.Search Method: Five women undergoing IVF with poor response endometrium, still had quite thin endometrium (<7mm) after standard endometrial preparation, and had to cancel embryo transfer cycle.Associated with hormone replacement therapy (HRT), perfusion with Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) was administrated.PRP is derivate from autologous blood by centrifugation, and was infused into uterine cavity at the 10th day of estradiol administration in HRT cycle. If endometrial thickness was not increased 72 hours later, another PRP infusion would be repeated.Result: Successful endometrial expansion after perfusion with PRP in all cases. After embryo transfer, all five conceived, three got normal progressing pregnancy, one had twin pregnancy, and one had a missed abortion. Conclusion: Intrauterine perfusion of PRP represents as a viable new method for poor response, thin endometrium.
