The sustainable development of family business is affected by many factors and constrains.The paper not only analyses the problems of the Chinese family business’s sustainable development from the governance structure form,inter-generational transmission mechanism,corporate culture,but also its evolution mechanism and the operating mechanism of coordination,then gives the advice about promoting the sustainable development of the Chinese family business.
