High-grade vulval intraepitheiial neoplasia is a pre-invasive disease of the vulva, wh ich predominantly affects prernenopausal women and is often accompanied by severe or unpleasant symptoms.The natural history of untreated disease is largely unknown, as most women undergo treatment、 either because of symptoms or concern about malignant potential.There are currently no disease-specitic Quality of life (QoL) measurement tools for VIN.
