Cu-doped anatase TiO2 nanotube-arrays have been fabricated by the two-step anodization method.The UV-vis absorption spectra and photoluminescence spectra reveal a strong absorption range in the visible light spectra related to the oxygen vacancies.The saturation magnetization is positively correlated to the content of the oxygen vacancies,in consistent with the results of the DFT calculations.The ferromagnetic behavior has been discussed with the bound magnetic polaron theory,where the ferromagnetic coupling occurs mediated by these oxygen vacancies.
