Objective:To evaluate the risks and management of the aged patients before operating.Methods:From January 2004,650 old patients beyond 60 years were hospitalized,358 cases of them were operated,there were 156 males and 202 females ageing from 60 to 104 years,with an average of 74.6.272 cases (75.89%) suffered different pre-operative medical illness,while 86 cases were healthy.
