African-American (AA) and premenopausal patients have been shown to have poorer stage for stage survival than the overall population.Hispanic females at our institution have been found to have lower grade cancers with earlier presentation than other racial minorities.The purpose of this presentation is to define the age, race, presentation, tumor grade, tumor size and axillary lymph node involvement at a Midwestem safety net hospital.The hypothesis is AA patients under the age of fifty will be found to have increased rates of axillary involvement in breast cancer and variable tumor grade.Hispanic females will have early onset lower grade tumors with increased rates of axillary involvement.
