Exploring high efficient and convenient method for improving the current level of cancer therapy has always attracted scientists worldwide.Herein,we synthesized hollow magnetic nanospheres(HMNSs)and found that these HMNSs could efficiently destroy cancer cell(esophageal Eca-109 cells)structures and induce cell death through transmitting magnetic field-mediated mechanical force to the cells.And it was interesting that combination of magnetic field and laser irradiation could significantly improve the cell killing efficiency of the HMNSs via dramatic mechanical force and photothermal effect.Furthermore,we coated the HMNSs with silica shell,then incorporated graphene quantum dots(GQDs)and doxorubicin hydrochloride(DOX)into the HMNSs/SiO2 and,then applied these DOX-loaded HMNSs/SiO2/GQDs obtained for in vitro evaluation of cancer therapy.
