目的 进一步探讨OCT1 (Octamer transcription factor 1)与结直肠癌预后的关系及粪便中OCT1是否可作为结直肠癌和腺瘤的早期筛查指标。方法 免疫组化和实时PCR分析OCT1在正常、结直肠腺瘤和结直肠癌和组织标本中的表达，分析OCT1与结直肠癌预后的关系；分析OCT1在正常、腺瘤、结直肠癌患者粪便中的表达，统计分析粪便OCT1mRNA用于腺瘤和结直肠癌诊断的敏感度和特异度；比较分析将粪便OCT1mRNA与粪便隐血试验相结合后，诊断的敏感度和特异度是否有变化。结果 免疫组化结果发现，腺瘤上皮细胞和结直肠癌细胞中OCT1的表达明显强于正常肠上皮和腺体细胞。结论 OCT1检测在结直肠癌及结直肠腺瘤患者粪便中的表达情况。可能为结直肠癌及结直肠腺瘤的早期筛查提供新的靶向关键分子，对于结直肠癌的早发现、早诊断、早治疗具有重要意义。
