原代乳腺癌干细胞的富集及其与临床病理特征相关性分析

【摘要】

：

目的:通过微球体培养的方法富集乳腺癌患者来源的原代乳腺癌干细胞,并考察微球体形成率与临床病理特征的关系.方法:采用悬浮细胞培养法,对来源于乳腺癌患者的原代细胞进行微球体培养,收集培养第14天的微球体细胞,流式分选进行CD44 +/CD24-表型细胞比例分析,以RT-PCR方法检测Nanog、KLF-4、OCT4、SOX-2和MDR1干细胞相关基因表达,同时分析微球体形成率与临床病理特征关系.
