Many incidents, such as "melamine milk", "leather milk" often occur in China, even in the world, because of the problems of quality control of milks.The determination of total amount of nitrogen, amino acid, and proteins has problems with lacking high selectivity.If the fingerprint of whole nutrition proteins and the quantity of each of them in milks can be accurately identified, any source of such "toxic milk" can be blocked.Additionally, the established method should be as faster as possible, satisfying with the required daily fast determination on locate, a better way is to do ten determinations of milks in 30 min.
