  The aim of this work was to investigate the effects of elevated temperature postharvest on physiochemical quality of pineapple fruits and the molecular mechanisms underlying this process.In this work, pineapple fruits harvested during the winter with no man-made packaging were subjected to an artificial climate chamber at 30 ℃, and those at 15 ℃ were considered as control.
