传感器技术研究现状与发展趋势

  21世纪是信息高速发展的时代。传感器技术作为信息技术的基础与三大支柱之一,受到世界发达国家的高度关注和竞相追逐研究。随着对信息检测的精度和准确度要求越来越高,传统的传感器已经不能满足新形势的需求,因此在世界范围内,利用现代科学技术,研究开发了各类新型传感器和敏感功能材料;同时,由于在制造中引进了微细加工技术与纳米技术等先进工艺,使得传感器技术得到飞速发展,并取得了可喜的成就。当今,传感器的发展趋势主要在于:一是开展基础研究,重点研究传感器的新材料和新工艺;二是实现传感器的微型化、阵列化、集成化、网络化和智能化。本报告将从以上发展趋势出发,以典型的光电、压力/应变等物理量传感器、气湿敏等化学量传感器及生物传感器为例,介绍传感器技术的最新研究现状与发展趋势,并简单介绍以传感器为基础单元的传感网与物联网技术。
