Ischemic brain injury is the leading cause of cerebrovascular disease, which is one of the three diseases of highest incidence.Complex pathology could be induced by ischemic brain injury, therefore leading to diseases such as stroke, vasculardementia and epilepsy.Simultaneously, cerebral ischemia can stimulate stem cell proliferation at low degree, which may not be sufficient for neurorestoration from stroke.
