目的:探讨糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗程度与甲状腺结节之间的相关性.方法:选取2012年11月至2013年4月在大连医科大学附属二院内分泌科住院期间行标准馒头餐试验的406例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照有无甲状腺结节分为结节组和非结节组,比较两组患者性别、年龄、腰围、臀围、WHR、BMI、空腹及餐后1h,2h血糖、空腹及餐后1h,2hC肽、空腹及餐后1h,2h胰岛素、HbA1C、IAA、GAD、TSH、FT
