益生元山药多糖纳米粒的体外抗氧化活性研究

目的:湿磨法制备山药多糖纳米粒,星点设计优化最优处方.研究山药多糖纳米粒的体外抗氧化活性.方法:通过星点设计优化湿磨法制备的山药多糖纳米粒最优处方,SALD-2201激光粒度分布仪检测其平均粒径及粒度分布.研究体外抗氧化指标.结果:星点设计得最优工艺:料液比1 : 24、球磨转速360r/mim、球磨时间36h。 SALD-2201激光粒度分布仪测定1.0%粒径在186nm, 80.0%粒径575nm。经体外抗氧化实验证实,过氧化氢、DPPH、还原潜力与金属鳌合力的自由基清除率随多糖浓度的增加而成增长趋势。超氧阴离子自由基与经自由基的抗氧化能力亦与多糖浓度成正相关。结论:山药多糖及其纳米粒体外抗氧化活性良好,且山药多糖纳米粒的体外抗氧化活性优于山药多糖。
