Canola is an important vegetable oil crop in the world,and understanding the molecular mechanism underlying oil accumulation in seed embryo is an important research goal.Here we report the transcriptome profiling analysis of canola developing embryos using RNA-sequencing (RNA-Seq) method.RNA-Seq analysis generated 58,579,451 sequence reads aligned with 32,243 genes,which provided abundant data for the analysis of embryo development and triacylglycerol (TAG) formation.
