Titanium dioxide is among one of the most widely investigated materials for many promising applications in environmental and energy areas ranging from photocatalysis,sensors,solar cells to lithium ion batteries.However,commercial TiO2 has its limitation owning to its wide band gap and low surface area.Mesoporosity provides the desired highly accessible surfaces but many applications also demand long-range electronic connectivity and structural coherence.
