脱硝超低排放改造后,由于脱硝效率的提高与喷氨量的增加等,易引起氨逃逸量增大,甚至超标,对机组空预器等后续设备造成负面影响,严重时甚至影响机组安全稳定运行.对某燃煤电厂超低排放后脱硝喷氨优化试验过程及效果进行介绍,说明喷氨调整优化可提高脱硝系统入口的氨与NOx的混合均匀性,节约喷氨量,降低氨逃逸量,减少NH4HSO4生成,对机组安全稳定运行、节能降耗均具有重要的意义。
