开胸结扎法制备小型猪急性心肌梗死模型

  目的:本研究旨在完善改良小型猪急性心肌梗死模型开胸法的制备以及方法。作为常用的实验动物,猪的心脏形态学及生理学特征与人非常相似,其冠状动脉分布及其特点也与人相近,心肌缺血后侧枝血管生成少,能形成稳定的缺血区,是进行冠心病造模的理想实验动物。方法:本研究使用农大2系小型猪,使用诱导麻醉加异氟烷吸入麻醉,行左侧冠状动脉前降支(LAD)结扎术建立急性心肌梗死(AMI)模型。结果:结果表明,该麻醉方法下建立心梗模型安全性好,动物术中各项机能稳定。结论:该品种小型猪抗应激程度高,手术死亡率低,模型建立稳定,是进行相关研究的理想实验动物。
