　　Objective To study the protective effect of salubrinal on H2O2-induced apoptosis of HLE-B3 and its mechanism.Methods: The cultured HLE-B3 was intervened with hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)Which created ERS model to oberserve the effect of Salburinal on HLE-B3.The cultured cells were interposed by different concentrations Salubrinal(10、15、20、25、35μmol/L)for 24h.Then the viability of cells was detected by cell counting kit-8(CCK-8)assay.
