Objective To observe antileukemia effect ofmangiferin sulfonate sodium in vitro and vivo.Methods The effect of different concentrations of mangiferin sulfonate sodium on the proliferation of K562 leukemia cells were examined by MTT assay;and the mice survival rate was observed by administrating mice K562 antileukemia model.Results Different concentrations ofmangiferin sulfonate sodium inhibited the K562 cells proliferation in different time,the inhibition effect was dependent on time and concentration,but its inhibition effect was slightly weaker than the same concentration mangiferin;and mangiferin sulfonate sodium could obviously prolong mice survival time.Conclusion Mangiferin sulfonate sodium has a good mangiferin sulfonate sodium in vitro and vivo.
