目的：Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)grows rapidly and frequently associates with vascular invasion,metastasis,recurrence and poor prognosis.HCC is the fifth most common human cancer and the third leading cause of cancer death worldwide ADDIN NE.Ref.{66B4327F-2DAC-4121-A01C-C5B7292C253A}[1,2].The increase in world-wide incidence and the high mortality of HCC highlight the importance of understanding the molecular mechanisms that trigger the neoplastic transformation of hepatocytes and the progression of HCC.However,the molecular mechanisms responsible for HCC development have not been well defined.
