This paper introduces the composition and functions of China Banking Association.The banking industry has attached great importance to the rights and interests of disabled consumers.Through the formulation of relevant rules and regulations, organization of caring activities for persons with disabilities, establishment of exchange platform, etc., the banking industry has actively promoted the services for persons with disabilities, and effectively guaranteed rights of persons with disabilities to have access to financial services equally.The accessible service work for many years has obtained the recognition and praise from persons with disabilities and all walks of life.
