Manipulating electromagnetic wave propagating nonreciprocally by a chain of magnetic rods

  We theoretically and experimentally demonstrated that non-reciprocal wave propagation could be manipulated by magnetic rod chains under bias DC magnetic fields.We show along the direction of the chain the wave propagation is non-reciprocal,however,the underlying mechanism may be different,One is related to the chiral edge state and the other related to the non-reciprocal bulk state of the rod array.
