　　Laminated SiCw/SiC ceramic composites with BN interface were prepared by tape casting and chemical vapor infiltration(CVI).Mechanical properties of the composites such as flexural strength,fracture toughness and fracture behavior at room temperature were investigated.The flexural strength and fracture toughness of laminated SiCw/SiC ceramic composites with BN interface were respectively increased by 21.15%and 17.88%compared with that of the composites without BN interphase.
