Bladder cancer (BC) is a well-defined toxic induced cancer delivering the opportunity to organize a risk-adapted screening when medical doctors have the opportunity to identify people living under risk for BC.To address this problem RiskCheck Bladder Cancer has been developed.As an open access tool personal-, smoking-, occupational-and medical risk will be checked by a questionnaire calculating score values for all risk arrears and in total.People with an intermediate-or high risk for BC are candidates for screening.Those living under risk without a tumor at risk should be recalled yearly to ensure a stage shift to curable TCC.In a health service research project of the German IQUO (Initiative of quality control in urological oncology) the RCBC tool was checked.
