Objective To evaluate the value of Tei index measured by pulse Doppler ultrasonography in fetal cardiac function and the effect of intrauterine therapy in twin-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS).Methods 116monochorionic twin pregnancies (MCT) were studied.Tei index of left and right ventricles in every fetal were measured and recorded in 18 +0 ～ 31 + 6 weeks gestation by pulse Doppler ultrasonography.34 cases in TTTS pregnancies and 68 cases in MCT as control group based on gestation age were studied.Tei index of left and right ventricles in every fetal were measured by pulse Doppler ultrasonography.
