从美国食品药品管理局警示探讨阿奇霉素在心血管患者中合理性应用的策略

【摘 要】

：

目的 探讨在心血管疾病患者中如何安全、合理的使用阿奇霉素.方法 临床药师从美国食品药品监督管理局警示中得到启发,建议临床医师对1例使用阿奇霉素后发生QT间期延长的扩张型心肌病患者给予停用的病例进行分析;查阅我院心血管内科从2012.8～2013.7所有住院患者静脉滴注阿奇霉素的情况,分析其用药合理性.
