超大长径比细孔制备新工艺

  The aspect ratio of micro-hole is limited by the processing equipment or the material in traditional processing technologies of micro-hole.In order to solve this problem,a novel preparation of micro-hole with large aspect ratio is proposed,which is carried out by casting method.In this process,the carbon fiber and the metal bar coated graphite paint were used as hole core respectively.And morphology and geometrical characteristic of micro-hole were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope and laser scanning confocal microscope,and the results show that average diameter and aspect ratio of micro-hole obtained by using two different kinds of hole core are 0.22 mm,0.56 mm,1770 and 670.The shape of micro-hole obtained by the metal bar coated graphite paint as hole core is more close to circle,its shape factor is 0.72.Meanwhile the value of roughness for micro-hole obtained by carbon fiber as hole core is smaller than that of the metal bar coated graphite paint,it is close to 3.2 μm.
