活性氧自由基(ROS)在细胞的生理与病理过程中发挥着重要的生物学作用,与细胞内信号的转导、重大疾病的发生、发展等密切相关.这些生物活性小分子具有浓度极低、寿命短、易相互转化等特点,因此为了实现对它们的准确检测,尤其是高灵敏度地荧光成像示踪,急需发展瞬时、动态、可逆的新型荧光探针.
