　　Objective:Solid lipid nanoparticle(SLN) with artemisinin was developed for pulmonary administration because of its poor water solubility.The formula and preparation of artemisinin-loaded solid lipid nanoparticle(ART-SLN) were optimized and its characteristics of ART-SLN were also studied.
