  With the development of nanotechnology, different kinds of nano-materials have been used for the research of drug delivery systems.Magnetic liposomes (magnetic nanoparticles encapsulated within liposomes) loading with cytotoxic drugs have got lots of attentions in recent years, due to its biocompatibility, chemical functionality and ability for combination of drug delivery and hyperthermia treatment of cancers.Ferumoxytol (FerahemeTM) is a US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved iron supplement.Ferumoxytol provides patients with iron deficiency anemia extra iron supplement and it has been used for clinical MR imaging.
