This paper use Sichuan Province 2007 input-output flow table.energy consumption structure of industrial sector and through the input-output analysis to estimate direct and indirect carbon emissions of Sichuan Province industrial sector,It concludes that Sichuan Province is high-energy consuming industrial production,but it is not carbon emissions province in the view of "consuming carbon footprint".As the data limitations,this article does not conduct a comprehensive study of carbon emissions.
