长期摄食α-亚麻酸通过抗炎作用改善糖尿病血管内皮功能障碍

【摘要】

内皮功能障碍是糖尿病血管并发症的重要诱发因素,α-亚麻酸(ALA)是机体的必需脂肪酸之一,急性摄入ALA可增强糖尿病个体餐后4小时的动脉舒张.然而,长期慢性摄入ALA对糖尿病血管内皮功能障碍的影响及其机制尚不清楚.构建链脲霉素(STZ)诱导的1型糖尿病大鼠模型(60 mg/kg,i.p.),每日灌胃给予正常或糖尿病大鼠ALA处理(500 μg/kg),4周后检测主动脉内皮功能.
