短期去除B细胞对糖尿病致病性T细胞的影响

【摘要】

：

hCD20NOD是一种B细胞表达人CD20的拟人化转基因小鼠, 因此使用抗人的CD20单抗-2H7可以将小鼠的B细胞去除.BDC2.5NOD小鼠是一种TCR转基因小鼠,其TCR特异性识别胰岛抗原,可被人工合成抗原mimotope特异性激活,其淋巴细胞过继到免疫缺陷(SCID)小鼠后可迅速诱发自身免疫糖尿病.
