Immune responses to cancer are highly complex.Classic analytic approaches, i.e.flow cytometry, can only follow a limited amount of immune cells at a given time.Further the staining panel limits the surveillance of immune populations.We developed a panel of thirtyseven cellular markers to monitor anti-cancer immune responses on a single cell level by using mass cytometry and a Spectral Bioanalyser.
