分子生物学已渗透到生物学的各个领域,成为现代生命科学的"共同语言"和深入研究的工具,也逐渐得到了中医药院校研究生乃至本科生的关注与重视.为更好地满足中医药院校不同专业学生的共性需求、建立更加符合中医药类专业本科生培养目标的《分子生物学》课程教学体系,笔者在选修该课程的本科生中,对教学内容的重要性、认可度进行了调研.
生物化学是生命科学相关专业学生进入大学后接触的第一门系统性的微观生物学课程.因该课程具有概念抽象、术语生僻和内容繁杂等特点,所以多数学生在上课之初就有畏难情绪.因此,在教学中"如何吸引学生注意力抓住学生的心",激发他们对生物化学的兴趣就显得尤为重要.为了实现这一目标,我们有必要探索一种简洁明了、系统而有趣的教学模式.
