The biodegradable temperature- and redox-responsive poly(ether urethane)s were synthesized for synergetic radio/chemotherapy.The amphiphilic poly(ether urethane)s were comprised of 2,2-dithiodiethanol,hydrophobic hexamethylene diisocyanate and hydrophilic poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) segments,which was used to prepare cisplatin (CDDP)-loaded poly(ether urethane) nanoparticles.
