综合性护理在类克治疗强直性脊柱炎中的运用研究

【摘要】

：

目的：探讨综合性护理在类克(类克英夫利昔单抗)治疗强直性脊柱炎的应用效果。方法：将在我科使用类克治疗强直性脊柱炎82例患者随机分两组，为观察组和对照组各41例，观察组依据综合性护理路径和流程进行治疗、护理，对照组采用传统方法进行治疗、护理。对比2组患者患者满意度及用药并发症。结果：实验组对护理工作的满意度提高，用药并发症减少。结论：类克治疗强直性脊柱炎应用综合性护理是一种行之有效的工作方式。
