Objective: Corticotomy asissted rapid orthodontics is a popular method that allows conventional orthodontics faster, increases the envelope of movement 2 to 3 fold and increases the alveolar volume providing an alternative to bicuspid extraction1,2.Platelet rich fibrin (PRF) is an autologous, fibrin matrix that have place in periodontal regeneration, sinus lifting and socket augmentation3.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of corticotomy alone, corticotomy combined with bone grafting, and corticotomy with PRF to vestibular alveolar bone thickness, in patients with class Ⅰ malocclusion by using cone beam computer tomography.
