In this paper, dynamic alliance constructing issues of project-oriented minor enterprise integrating risks and process & factors affecting dynamic alliance main body through risks have been studied.In essence, external environment, personality mentality, knowledge & experience and characteristic are main factors which will affect constructing issues of dynamic alliance of minor enterprise through contradiction and integrating way.Until present moment, many studies upon dynamic alliance were mainly focused on static research, i.e.organization model factors affecting constructing of dynamic alliance upon minor enterprises.However, problems on forming reason, decision in cooperation, benefit distribution and dynamic risks of dynamic alliance of minor enterprises only have not been deeply discussed.In essence, these problems mentioned above must be discussed through forming process and mechanism affecting dynamic alliance of project-oriented minor enterprises.So several key problem affecting dynamic alliances of project-oriented minor enterprises has been studied from risks perspective in this paper.
