This thesis mainly focuse on the marketing strategy of lays company in Pakistan.Lays is a potato chips manufacturing company operating all over the world with huge marketing setup in Pakistan.To define a business model,it must be a set of strategies and plans which any business adapt to make the market share and market place.A business should choose the strategies which define itself different from the competitors.To explain and describe e-commerce marketing strategy,it is stated that transforming the plans and operations of business digitally through various online channels like websites,social media,ads on the internet and much more.To demonstrate the concept of e-commerce for our selected organisation more precisely,this research paper here discussing some business components necessary to lead in the market and which is same essential for the lays chips company strategy and website.(Almunawar,MN & Anshari,M 2014).This is one of the most critical components not only in e-commerce business strategies but the other primary and simple established organisation strategies to put forward their marks in the market as well as reputed organisation.In this study,we will discuss lays chips digitalisation that how this chips company is offering its services digitally through social media platforms in Pakistan.Value proposition also involved primarily in the lays company in the shape of chips packaging,discounts,more wide range of customer attractive strategies and tours in a very comfortable way.This research also focuses giving best ever potato chips in Asian region.Customer may visit many sites and platforms to have tasty and affordable lays packages so in this context our company lays have wide range of chips packages and flavours for all age groups,either young,old,newly wed couples etc for their desired chips or snacks flavours which they want to explore by sitting in a home environment in a very cosy manner.Our extra discount and colour scheme of chips packets are also very demanding so that everyone or a large segment of customers could attract towards their free time to our company and enjoy snacks through lays company platform.This all information and necessary guidance is already published on our website through which customer can reach easily.In the end,the primary value we are adding is by giving 20% discounts to our retained customers(Chakravarthi,JSK & Gopal,V 2012).Since the last 03 years,I have been associated with the biggest fixed line of lays chips in Pakistan.In Pakistan snacks provider companies
