学习风格一直作为说明学生在学习上有差异的几个因素之一而得到人们的重视。本文旨在研究中国非英语专业大学生的感知英语学习风格的喜好,特别是调查他们学习风格喜好与性别,英语学习成绩以及学科专业的关系。本研究采用描述性统计方法获得受试者感知英语学习风格喜好的平均数,分别对感知英语学习风格喜好的平均数和变量如性别、学习成绩及学科专业进行t检验,检验结果表明存在显著性差异。最后,对大学英语教学提出了相关建议。
Learning styles have always been valued by people as one of the few factors that explain the differences in learning among students. This article aims to investigate the preferences of Chinese non-English majors for their perception of English learning styles, especially the relationship between their learning style preference and gender, their academic performance in English and academic disciplines. This study used descriptive statistics to obtain the average number of subjects’ perceived English learning preferences. Student’s t-test was conducted on the means and variables of perceived English learning preferences, such as gender, academic achievement and specialty. The test results showed that there was significant difference. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for college English teaching.
