大豆MADS-box家族基因GmNMH7在根发育和结瘤过程中的功能研究

：

大豆是重要的粮食作物和油料作物,同时也是具有根瘤固氮能力的作物。GmNMH7为大豆MADS-box家族转录因子,有研究表明该转录因子的编码基因可能与大豆根发育及结瘤有关,但其功能缺乏具体研究。本研究期望通过对该基因的系统探究,为确定该基因在根发育及结瘤调控过程中的作用提供分子基础。从亚细胞定位、基因表达测定、功能鉴定及初步的机理解析等不同层面进行研究,取得主要研究结果如下:1.成功克隆了GmNMH
