应用闭路电视活体微循环显微镜系统研究在静脉普鲁卡因麻醉下兔肠系膜微血管对酚妥拉明(1mg/kg)和酚妥拉叨(1mg/kg)加肾上腺素(20μg/kg)反应性的影响。实验结果表明在整体条件下静滴1%普鲁卡因能降低血管平滑肌和/或心肌对酚妥拉明和酚妥拉明加肾上腺素的反应性。实验结果亦提示:(1)普鲁卡因可能降低血管壁上的α受体与其阻滞剂的亲合力和/或反应性;(2)普鲁卡因可能抑制血管和心肌细胞膜上的β受
